Never one to stop at the day job, Genevia built two businesses of her own—a beauty brand and a web design studio—where she wore every operational hat imaginable. She managed client relationships, built systems from scratch, ran marketing campaigns, designed conversion-driven websites, and learned firsthand what it truly costs a business owner when the back end breaks down. That entrepreneurial experience didn't just sharpen her skills—it deepened her empathy for the clients she serves today.
